The overall objective of this programme is to transform youths, individual wage earners and smallholder subsistence people into business men and women through vocational modular and tailor made courses or initial / continuous training in our self-sufficient schools known as Vocational Rural/Technical Training and Resource Centers.
This program started effectively in Bamenda in 2010 and later extended or scaled up in Bangang-Fondji in 2012. As of now, the initial training program has not yet started efficiently because the necessary infrastructures have not yet been built.
Our targets include marginalized groups like youth, women and minorities as well as CBOs, councils, students and researchers in their field works.
For more information about the education and training program, see information brochure VORTRECand admission form.
